Peter A. Phelps Peter has over 20 years experience in finance, accounting, and operations areas. In the dual role of COO and CFO, he is responsible for the financial management and strategic functions in addition to the day-to-day operations and sales management. Before joining the company, Peter was a partner with Cobblestone Advisers LLC, a firm that provides strategic advisory services and raises capital for privately held businesses. Prior to Cobblestone, he was the CFO for Plymouth Rock Assurance Corporation, GiantLoop Network, Inc. (now CentrePath), Andover.Net, Inc. and Rosse Enterprises Limited, a private equity firm in Boston. Peter began his career in the audit department of Ernst & Young LLP, followed by PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in the tax department. Peter holds a B.S. degree in Accounting from the University of Maryland and an M.B.A. from George Washington University. He is also a Certified Public Accountant. |

Luke Adamson Luke brings over 11 years of professional software development and technology management experience to Next. He led the original team in 1997 which created the foundation for the online mortgage origination and fulfillment platform. Prior to joining the company, Luke started a U.S.-based database applications division for FrontBase, Inc., a Danish database vendor. He was also Head of Consulting Services at the Omni Group where he led enterprise automation projects for clients including Apple Computer, Standard & Poors, Mitsubishi Electric, Toyota, and the Seattle Times. Luke served on the Apple WebObjects Advisory Board and is a member of both the Association of Computing Machinery and Technology Executives Peer Group. |

Greg Heitlauf Greg brings extensive senior IT leadership to Next. He has spent the last 14 years in technology leadership roles covering all aspects of technologies, including infrastructure management and software development. Before joining Next, Greg served as the AVP, Enterprise Architecture & Strategy at Safeco Insurance, responsible for the development of enterprise-wide IT strategy, defining technical direction and architectural standards. Prior to that, he managed Safeco′s nationwide computing and communications environment, supporting over 200 physical locations. As the VP of Development & Operations for HBS International, Greg helped define the business direction and related IT strategies to provide the growth in revenues and market share for this Healthcare technology startup. During his tenure, the company grew from 6 employees to 220 and released 5 commercial software products and associated services. Greg earned a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Washington. |

Marcia L. Peters Marcia has more than fifteen years of experience managing information technology teams and projects. As Director of Program Management, she is responsible for providing leadership and management for all Program Management Office personnel, processes, and best-practices. Additionally, she coordinates all active projects to maximize on-time delivery. Prior to joining Next, Marcia consulted in the wireless telecommunications field; notable clients include Sprint PCS, AT&T Wireless, and T-Mobile. She was a Principal Consultant for Fujitsu Consulting, formerly known as DMR Consulting. She started her career in the training department for a U.S .Department of Energy project run by SAIC and TRW. Marcia holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Macalester College in Economics and Mathematics and a Masters in Business Administration from Webster University with an emphasis in Computer Resources and Information Management. She is also a Project Management Professional (PMP) certified by the Project Management Institute. |

Jennipher Judge Jennipher joined Next Online Technologies in July 2005. She brings a background in Counseling, Benefits Management and Merger & Acquisition experience. Jennipher is responsible for all human resources functions at Next relating to interviewing and hiring the best candidates that add to the company′s knowledge base, enhancing the work environment of a growing company, and creating a strong benefits program that meets the needs of employees. Prior to joining Next, Jennipher was Human Resources Manager for TUI Consulting, an SAP Consulting firm based in Tacoma, WA. She has over 7 years of human resources experience working in technology start-up companies including Loudeye Technologies and Real Networks. Jennipher's M.S. degree is in Counseling/Career Development from College of New Rochelle, and her B.F.A. degree is in Photography from Rochester Institute of Technology. |

K.C. Geiger K.C. has more than thirteen years of experience in user interface design, graphic design and branding. As Creative Director for Next Online Technologies, K.C. is responsible for the overall direction in user interface design, marketing, brand development and user experience. Prior to joining the company, K.C. worked with MILA's marketing team to develop and implement brand strategies. In the years before moving to MILA, K.C. worked as a freelance designer with clients nationwide including Microsoft, Warner Brothers Records, and The Hornbrook Group. K.C. also worked as a product/interface designer for Microsoft, OnHealth (now WebMD), and Webforia. With experience in technology, print and brand development, K.C. brings a unique perspective to Next. K.C. holds a degree in Fine Arts, is a member of Artist Trust and an active member in the Seattle arts community. |
